US IT asset management and security giant continues acquisitive streak with first buy of 2021

US IT asset management and endpoint security giant Ivanti has acquired Cherwell Software, in a move it claims will make it the only enterprise service management (ESM) vendor to offer end-to-end service management from endpoints to the IoT edge.
