Umanis snaps up French rival ESN Alphonse
Formerly acquisitive French VAR announces first buy in 15 months, to bolster mid-market and enterprise play
French data intelligence firm Umanis has announced it has acquired local rival ESN Alphonse. The Île-de-France-headquartered partner said the buy will help Umanis grow in the mid-size and enterprise markets. ESN Alphonse is a systems integrator, which logged revenues of €20m in its last financial year.
