Crayon is set to takeover cloud company Rhipe

Global IT consultancy firm Crayon has entered into a binding Scheme Implementation Deed to acquire 100 per cent of the shares of cloud and technology solutions provider Rhipe.  Under the terms of the agreement, Crayon will pay a total cash consideration of €1.60 per Rhipe share, valuing the deal at €261m.  Rhipe directors have "unanimously" recommended its shareholders vote in favour of Crayon's offer, which is subject to approval by at least 75 per cent of votes.  Established in 200...
