Cybersecurity specialist Sophos has bought New York-headquartered Capsule8 for an undisclosed sum. Founded in 2016, Capsule8 provides detection and resilience for Linux production servers and containers covering on-premise and cloud workloads. Sophos says Linux has become the dominant operating system for server workloads, driven by the growth in cloud platforms. The deal will see Sophos integrate Capsule8's technology into its recently launched Adaptive Cybersecurity Ecosystem. ...
