ServiceNow invests in automation with DotWalk buy for 'new world of hybrid work'

ServiceNow has completed its buy of upgrade specialist DotWalk in a move it says will help customers keep pace with technology maintenance. The cloud computing platform said the addition will build on its existing foundation and strategy for automation, reducing the cost of ownership at ServiceNow.
