Broadcom exploring potential $40bn buyout of VMware - reports

Chipmaker giant Broadcom is in discussions to buy VMware, according to reports. Talks are currently ongoing about the acquisition although no deal has yet been finalised, Bloomberg reported on Sunday evening.
