Atos mulls cybersecurity unit divestment as two new deputy CEOs are named

Atos is considering splitting the business in two, with a spinoff of its cybersecurity unit. The French IT solutions giant has named Nourdine Bihmane and Philippe Oliva as deputy CEOs in preparation of the possibility of the group having two new publicly-listed companies.
