Axians expands across Europe with German IT services buy

Axians is expanding across central and eastern Europe through its owner, Vinci Energies' acquisition of part of the IT services business of Kontron. Based in Germany, Kontron (formerly S&T) specialises in IT systems integration and services for cloud and datacentres, IT networks and cybersecurity, digital workspace as well as dedicated business applications.  The agreement covers operations in Germany, Switzerland and Poland along with eight other countries in central and eastern Europe...
