Germany's CONET takes over €38m-revenue Swiss IT consulting group emineo to bolster DACH business

Switzerland's emineo and Germany's CONET have announced a merger in a move they claim will scale up their positions in the DACH market. The duo, both SAP Gold Partners, also plan to jointly develop new business areas in the future and make "even better" use of synergies and growth potential.
