Exclusive Networks appoints Nathalie Bühnemann as CFO

Global cybersecurity specialist Exclusive Networks has named Nathalie Bühnemann as its new chief financial officer. She steps into the role after previous CFO Pierre Boccon-Liaudet decided to "pursue new opportunities" outside of Exclusive Networks having worked more than three years at the group.   Bühnemann has resigned from her functions as member of Exclusive's board of directors, nomination and compensation committee as well as member and chairperson of the audit committee.  A p...
