KKR to buy cybersecurity vendor Barracuda Networks from Thoma Bravo for $4bn

Global investment firm KKR has announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire Barracuda Networks from private equity group Thoma Bravo. Financial terms were not disclosed, however Reuters has reported the deal is being valued at around $4bn (€3.6bn), including debt, citing sources who requested anonymity.
